We’ve been a bit silent lately as we’ve had our hands full with big release to the service. Here’s a quick rundown on what’s new and improved
New features:
- Automatic rotation of images without an upright orientation set in the EXIF header (no more sideways iPhone pictures!). This feature can be disabled on a per destination basis under “My Pipes”
- Ability to specify a custom from address for email out destinations. Works great for unsupported services that allow for email upload
- Ability to search destinations (Pipes) by name and sort by capabilities
- Availability of a mobile site for adding and editing services on the go. Available now at m.pixelpipe.com, optimized for 240×320 or greater screen resolution
- Support for uploads to a specific blog for users that host multiple blogs under the same account on blogger.com
New application support:
- Windows Live Photo Gallery and Movie Maker: Export plug-in, supports photo & video uploads
- Adobe Photoshop Lightroom: Export plug-in, supports photo uploads
- Apple Aperture: Export plug-in, supports photo uploads
- Google Android: Similar functionality to our iPhone application however with additional support for background uploading
All are available now at http://pixelpipe.com/tools
New destinations: brightkite, Drupal

Our email out functionality will work with Qipit. Just set the ‘To’ address to ‘copy@qipit.com’ and the From the the address you’d like to receive your PDFs
