We’ve released an update to our Nokia Share Online integration that allows for uploads to be sent to specific services without the use of Routing Tags. You can now simply select from a list of services you’ve setup with Pixelpipe at the time of upload to send to either your Default pipes or an individual service.
Existing Pixelpipe users simply need to choose “Update service” from the Share Online options menu to download and install the update and start using the new features. If you are a new Pixelpipe user you can create your free Pixelpipe account and install Pixelpipe for Share Online from http://m.pixelpipe.com/nokia.
Here’s a few images of the new features in action.
Choose your desired Pixelpipe account for upload
We'll display a list of your Pipes, select an individual service for upload or simply choose your predefined default
You can now set your (optional) Title, Description and tags for the upload. You'll notice that this image is going to my Picasa Pipe
The problem with Nokia Share Online 3.0 is that if you choose Send to Web directly, it will send and won’t let you put title.
I have to go to Edit and then choose Send to Web..
Inside Edit I can write a title to Image..
We’d love to offer the ability to take you directly to the edit details page however it’s not currently possible with Share Online. We’ll keep trying though, perhaps we’ll find a back door to this functionality someday.
That just looks perfect!!!! I can’t wait.
What if I wanted to upload to two or three services but not all?
If you want to send to multiple service you’ll need to use a Routing Tag that’s associated with a group or multiple Routing Tags. We’re really restricted by what we can do with Share Online so unfortunately we can’t offer the ability to select multiple services at the time of upload like we do in our Android clients.
@marcoc2 : DO NOT press on the Upload to web button, instead press the SEND button, then choose UPLOAD ..
You will choose what service you want to upload to, then you will go to the edit page

Can you please tell me how to revert to the older version ? I do not like the new feature.
I already have 2 different accounts that I choose from …
Now when I choose either, a new option appears with “CHOOSE PIPE, DEFAULT PIPES, EMAIL”
Can I choose one to be default and NOT be asked again ?? IF not, please tell me how to revert back to the older version
Thank you
CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO REVERT BACK TO THE OLDER VERSION PLEASE
THANK YOU.
There is no way to revert back entirely to the old functionality. If you want to skip the step where you choose the service just set your default services to Default in Share Online and use the globe with the arrow to upload, this will upload to your Pixelpipe default services in one click.
Thank you for replying.
I already tried that, my uploads are constantly failing now …
I have to accounts on pixelpipe, one was assigned to facebook, and the other to an email …
The default was for facebook, and the email one I had to press send > upload > email > (Upload)
Now the extra steps make it much of a hassle
Can you please tell me if there is a way to disable the new function ? The devs should have implemented that before releasing the new update :S
Please advise,
Regards,
Z

I think this is a great feature for newer users to pixelpipe. Personally, I love the configurability of the service, but I know it can be difficult for newer users.
I have some pretty elaborate tag configurations for specific cicrcumstances. What is the preferred method of uploading in the old style? If I choose “default” and then use a routing tag, will it override whatever is set as default in favor of the chosen tag(s)?
You got it, just select the default option to use the alternate method of Routing Tags. One quick warning, don’t select the top “CHOOSE PIPE” option as the default, that’s not associated with a service so you’d get an error.
Sadly I have stopped using Pixelpipe after I received no reply after my last comment.
Good luck to all new users
I’ve got ShareOnline v3 installed okay. And I’ve got it signed into my Ovi Share thing okay.
What I haven’t got is ShareOnline linked to my PixelPipe account. When I go to:
http://m.pixelpipe.com/nokia
On my phones browser, after I sign in, the browser closes / crashes.
Any suggestions / recommendations?
You can follow these instructions to install the Share Online plug-in http://blog.pixelpipe.com/2009/11/02/introducing-atom-1-0-publishing-for-nokia-share-online/.
What phone are you using? We’ll have a look and see why the browser is crashing.
Thank you for the feedback.
Sorry, I should have mentioned it. I’m using a Nokia E71.
Also, I’ve found the package “Pixelpipe for ShareOnline” at the Ovi Store:
http://store.ovi.com/content/6CF44C10EEDA6ECCE040050A85327D61
It says it’s not available for the E71.
